** ADDS is Your Worldwide Domestic Discipline Community Home Page!

All members & readers of A Domestic Discipline Society discussion groups, social sites & blog. Collectively you made ADDS the largest, most read, most active Domestic Discipline Community worldwide. We promise to continue to present only the best DD information, news & resources. Thank you for making ADDS your DD HOME PAGE for Everything DD!

Comments

I noticed while researching and preparing to write this blog, that the comments on some blogs are scattered all over the place. So, I am putting up this new tab for those readers who have comments, kudos, suggestions and just all around fun stuff to share! That way hopefully the Comments on each specific articles comment page can be an in depth look at the information presented in that particular article.

And now there is a place for compliments, kudos, fun, different and new ideas and suggestions on this tab page.  As this site continues to grow and grow, this will help keep the information organized, clear and defined. I hope you enjoy the improvements there are more coming soon! :)

  5. OOOOPs, someone posted some not very nice comments about another blog. We don't do that here. That's the only reason I had to take down the comment above. ADDS has always been the leader in bringing our community together as one united, but very individualized voice and providing the best DD information anywhere. So please play nice! lol

  6. I received this question on the Progression of Discipline post. Since it was a valid question but just slightly off the post topic, I decided it would be best to answer it here :)

    Here's the suggestion then reply:
Anon - A a suggestion please write a blog on implements. I've read your blog but didn't see anything on that. Thank you in advance!

    MrBB - You're welcome in advance! :)
Thanks for the suggestion it's a good one. There is soooo much I have and want to write about, so while waiting for the Implements post, please enjoy perusing one of my favorite big implement sites.

    Cane-Iac http://www.cane-iac.com/

And do you have that favorite little restaurant that you love. Kind of your hidden place :) Here's my equivalent for implements.

    Kitty's Exotic Paddles - http://www.kittysexoticpaddles.com/

I'll write an implements post specifically focused on DD relationships, in the future and include many more links then. If you have a favorite that fits into DD lifestyle relationships, send it to my email through the Contact MrBB tab. (not here/ please don't post links here)

I love the being Home idea you started a few days ago. Did you make the thing with the Key to DD Home saying in it at the top of the site? I have been reading adds sites for a long time and it's true. Trustworthy, safe and never selfish. It's comfortable if that makes sense.

    1. Welcome Mikki. I have found out that this site has become a bridge between discussion groups and blogs. Bloggers have joined lifestyle site discussion groups and people who haven't had the opportunity to enjoy blogs yet have been coming over and reading this and other DD, DD Friendly and Spanking blogs.
It warms my heart to know it's being used as a resource for the entire community. It also drives me forward to write, research and present the best DD information available.

    2. MrBBSpanker, thank you for the welcome & i just wanted to let you know that i read ALOT & research ALOT & your site & groups are the most informative that i have come across. anyone can put out information on the web, heck even monkeys can do that if you teach them how to press keys - know what i mean? but you give accurate & correct information which is awesome.

    3. I want to meet that monkey!!!

Is it possible to a have a list of members and their blognames on a separate list above on this page?

Not all members have their names in the title of their blogs -and there is no link to their blogs through Google.

Hello Mr. BB, I am a lurker, don't have a blog, and my comments often seem to get deleted. I'm still working on figuring out how to make this lifestyle fit for us. My question is this: Does the HOH never have any areas that need improvement? Why do blogs always talk about only how the TiH needs to improve behavior, habits, or other traits? What do the HoHs out there do to improve their own undesirable traits, habits, and behavior? Is it disrespectful for a TiH to point out these undesirable things or are we to just accept the HoH as he is without ever having expectations for improvement? Lynn

    1. I would be interested in hearing peoples thoughts on this as well. I think there should be a time and place when the TiH is to express these things in a polite manner....to avoid them being bottled up and risk throwing them out there during a disagreement.

As an invalid who is wheelcair bound your sight has given me great solace over the last few years. So about 6 months ago I left it open so my carer mighht see it.
I had no idea what her reaction would be she said nothing until about 3 weeks ago when I was giving her a bad day well to my shock she sat beside my chair and dragged me over her knees for my first spanking in over 40 years, I couldn't feel it but the thrill it gave me was great.
So thank you as she has told it would not be the last if I was bold

How do women deal with being self conscious of their back side? I am 45 years old and overweight. not huge but at this point I am avoiding a dd relationship because of it.

Please never worry about such a thing. If a man agrees to enter into this with you, he is already aware of your body type. Men love naked woman. So don't be self conscious, just embrace who you are fully. And I do squats, really helps to lift anyone's butt!!

My husband and I have been married for 5 years and started DD after the first year.
He sat me down and told me that there would be some house rule to follow, and if they were not followed, strict disciplinary actions would be taken ranging from corner time to corporal punishment.
We do not use DD as a religious practice as some household do.
We do not see DD as abuse. We see it as bettering a person(s) and strengthing a marriage.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Well that's what its all about!)
DD should never be construeded as abuse
I'm very much interested in it, my wife is new but I've noticed lately that she's being more submissive and obedient now days, from a dominant point of view I can definitely feel the difference in me, I'm becoming more"magnetized" towards her and she is absolutely LOVING the intimacy
So if beginner sub wants proof that this works, here I am
It seems this lifestyle also improves on marriages destined for divorce

What do you do when you are in a relationship where he wants this lifestyle and I don't??

Please help. I don't know what to do, other than leaving my man that has been a part of my life for 34 years.

He should respect your wishes. DD is supposed to be consensual. Talk with him about why he wants it, and see if you all can reach some sort of compromise.

Hi. I just wanted to say what a surprise ADDS is. We read Frank L Simmons book A year of Cuis (fiction), but didn't know there was an actual real life nonsexual marital discipline. Thank you for the honest site here. we are reading EVERYTHING in it!

I've been reading and just wanted to say thanks for the friendly site you have. I read a funny book A Year of Cuis that was about LDD, but it didn't call it that and it didn't call it anything really. I really liked it that the husband really loved her- not like a game so I didn't know it was real lifestyle. I found this site by accident from posts on other sites and I'm glad I found this site because I would like to be like in that story sort of but not everything like that. :)
